y subscription got cancelled automatically after one day of purchase

yesterday I subscribed the block p app and today it's subscription status is showing false... please fix this... My phone is under family control when I set the blockp app as the device admin then the family link app couldn't blok on the device... please fix this... Please give a option to set 6 digit or 4 digit password lock for app lock...
